I have been lucky enough to know Mr. Thompson for the last 6 years. When it came time for me and my family to look for a cabin property, Tim took the time and effort to come understand our needs and our criteria. He took us all over northern Minnesota looking at all types of cabin properties. We were looking for a filet steak on a prime rib budget....Tim was able to find us a property that met most of our criteria. Tim was very clear in the process for negotiating, closing and specifically what his role entailed. This was a very big thing as the last time my parents looked at properties was back in the '70's.
